Motivation is all I need

Hi guys, it's my second week hitting the gym now. So tiring but I did not give up, I will never give up. I need real motivation to sustain in this calorie burning activity and achieve the desired body fit I dreamed of. I know It's still a long run but I am optimistic that I will achieve a good result because I believe that in every sacrifice there is always a good result not that easily be achieved but at least you know in your mind that it will gonna happen.

Hitting the gym every other day makes my body so energetic and strong, keeps my mind awake always and alert. I did a diet program also which is 1 cup of rice only per meal with lots of veggies and fruits along with Fruit drinks with L-carnitine. I planned to buy food suplements and fat burning capsules but I am afraid of its side effects :) I will first consult our gym instructor.

So cool for me because it is my first time to go to Bohol, and my first time in Cebu to stay over night, I mean 1 whole week, that is not bad.

161 Maguindanao Massacre Suspects Identified

The Philippine National Police said that they have identified 161 Maguindanao Massacre Suspects in connection with with the killing of 57 victims including the wife of the Vice Mayor Mr. Mangudadatu, relatives, several supporters and a bunch of Media People to witness Mr. Mangudadatu's filing it's candidacy to challenge Andal Ampatuan Jr.

"We have to resolve this case peacefully," national police chief Jesus Verzosa was quoted as saying by the Associated Press news agency.

"We are urging them to surrender and then the normal processes of the law and prosecution should be held," he said.

"This is what we are trying to tell everybody - that we must be governed by laws and the rule of laws must be respected."

Among the 57 people who died in the attack on 23 November were members of a rival clan and 30 journalists. According to the report, the clan leader and local Mayor Andal Ampatuan Jr. organised the attacked and killed many of the victims himself. Mayor Andal Ampatuan was charged with 25 counts of murder. A state of martial law was declared in the province on Saturday after the government said it had intelligence that armed groups were plotting an offensive.

It is the first time martial law has been used in the country since the fall of autocrat Ferdinand Marcos in 1986.

Friendster came out first with facebook. Friendster was very popular before, with it's interacting features like posting shoutout, posting pictures and your friends will gonna see your updates and comment on them. I got this news from nba.com that 9 Time all start Allen Iverson announced about his retirement as NBA player. I was shocked because he is not that very old, he is still so fast and he can still play basketball as an all star. There are rumors also that Allen Iverson retired because of what Memphis Grizzlies treated him, his playing time had been cut off, he is not used to play as a backup or reserved player. He used to play as a major team player/scorer.

I hope Iverson will retrieve what he just said and will continu to play basketball, hopefully Lakers will make a deal with him, that would rock.

Just finished watching Wicker Park(2004) movie, damn I still can't get over it. What a nice movie, so many twist in the movie, you will not understand until one situation is revealed. I thought my comprehension skill is not working anymore because I did not understand the movie, my speculations were right, I know that the storyline can be cleared at maybe 3/4 of the movie. Anyway, I am in love with Lisa played by Diane Kruger. She is so lovely, and she played the character well. I hate Alex played by Rose Byrne, I know its just a character in the movie but arrgh can't explain it, but she played very well as a liar friend of Lisa, she keeps on thinking ways to separate Matthew and Lisa. So intelligent, but in a wrong way. So the story keeps revolving on these 3 main characters. Hope I can find a girl like Lisa *sigh.

Basically this is my life, I really wanted to change my lifestyle, it really sucks. I don't even pay myself for the hard work I have done. For now I really like working in a calm place, with no or less people around, but I can't help myself from being bored, we really need a company. Weekdays means work, and believe me weekend is over. Time flies so fast, have you noticed also? Is this related to any natural phenomenon, it seems that the day is so short, longer nights shorter days, but It does not make any sense, knowing that it is still 24-hours a day. What could possibly be the reason why time flies so fast? Maybe busy doing something important and do not have time to take a glimpse on the clock once in a while, or maybe its just that there is an event coming, that It can't even wait to fly on a normal basis. Its Wed, and we will pack our things and leave the bosses behind (haha) on Friday dawn. Well I have a looooooooooots of things, ideas, secrets, hacks, learned from my Bosses, senior web designers/graphic artists especially Sir Ares Cabahug, for me the best web designer alive (lol). They taught me secrets for faster but effective designing, layouting and clean but SEO friendly xhtml/css codes, wow what a company tour. It will really help a lot in my designing career. All work here in Davao no time for fun and gimmick (wish i had one), during Saturday and Sunday we were resting our tired dehydrated minds and body from a tiring one week work, but this is important than horse playing in the city haha. Hmm anyways tomorrow will be my last day in the hubport office I will earn it. Well Good day guys!.

Davao City is a busy as a bee but a safe city, I used to walk every night from my duty to my dormitory and you can't see any street fights, drunk in the sideway and prostitutes (haha). We are at Bajada, in J.P. Laurel St. and its a long road city with lots of beautiful faces (geez can't get my eyes out of them). Our stay is less than a week only and we still not able to see the beauty of Davao ( i mean white sand beaches,majestic waterfalls and natural wonders), I promised myself(kasi) to go to one of the main attractions in the city, oh well job priority first. Hmm God bless everybody. Goodluck in or career.

The Real Workplace

My first time to be in a serious workplace, with the bosses and heads watching you work, "pressure" will be next word for that. But I manage myself to show my skills in web designing but my heart was pounding so fast, imagine the boss you've talked virtually for about 1 and half months was on your side watching you and cheering you up lol. Indeed Davao City is great, with lots of beautiful faces (haha) but we are still not familiar with the places, we used to walk from our dormitory to the office. My 2nd day today, 7 more working days and I will be back in Iligan my home sweet home, It is nice in Davao if your on a vacation but in work, you still don't have the confidence because of the people around you, you were not so close with them but anyway that is how life works,you find a job and you have to deal with it until it's worst. Hi, the NBA season just ended last month and the Lakers proved to the world that they are the champions of all champions. There were a lot of news after the said finals, one of the biggest issues is the in and out, trades, releases of players. Starting with the NBA champs Lakers, although Ariza contributes for me about 40% of the lakers championship ring (his steals,big time jumpers) the Lakers released him and replaced by well known great Rockets' defeneder Ron Artest. Ariza who is a free agent after the nba finals raised its salary value equivalent or maybe higher that Ron Artest. Another big trade deals also is between the Cavs and Suns, Shaquil O'neal was traded to Cavs,just what I thought because Cavs really needs a big guy down low. Im not pretty sure how many players where traded for him, one players is sure in my list its Sasha Pavlovic, Pavlovic proved to be a shooting guard but he lacks that ball handling and ability to dominate the court unlike any other foreign playrs like (Manu Ginobili, Michael Pietrus) . There were still a lot of changes in the team lineups but that is just for today folks more nba news coming up, let's jsut see who will emerged as champion next season.
